AC Milan have continued their summer spending spree with the ï¿¡17.5m purchase of Lucas Biglia from rivals Lazio.
Biglia becomes Milan's ninth arrival of the summer and has joined on a three-year contract for an initial ï¿¡15m, though it could potentially rise to ï¿¡17.5m with add-ons.
This have now taken their total spending so far to ï¿¡163m and we're not even in August. Milan have strengthened considerably under Chinese owner Younghong Li's Rossoneri Sport Investment Lux group with Leonardo Bonucci's ï¿¡35m move from champions Juventus the headline arrival so far.
They have also signed Andre Silva for ï¿¡35m from porto, Andrea Conti from Atalanta for ï¿¡21m and Hakan Calhanoglu for ï¿¡18m.
Their other deals include Mateo Musacchio from Villareal, Ricardo Rodriguez from Wolfsburg, Franck Kessie from Atalanta and the loan signing of Sunderland striker Fabio Borini.
