Rapper Jay Z has been slated to perform at a concert in Cleveland, Ohio, on behalf of Hillary Clinton. Clinton’s campaign team on Tuesday announced that Jay Z will hold ‘Get Out The Vote’ (GOTV) concert at a TBD time and place next Friday, November 4.
